When Rocio opened the doors at Monte Carlo Escrow in July of 2002, Rocio's vision was to provide her clients with the best experience and service throughout the entire escrow process. Rocio has been in the Real Estate Business for over 22 years. With her experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer, Rocio understands first hand the importance of stellar customer service during the escrow process. She strives to achieve that with each and every transaction that comes through the doors of Monte Carlo Escrow. Rocio welcomes all of her clientele into a warm atmosphere and assures a professional and efficient escrow experience where the client is the number one priority. 

Serena Moreno, Jr. Escrow Officer

Serena has been with Monte Carlo Escrow team since 2011. She began her career in the escrow industry in 2001 as a receptionist and quickly advanced to be an assistant on a high volume desk. She has been a Notary Public since 20004, with extensive experience in loan document signing. In 2010, she became the assistant to Laura Meehan. Serena loves every aspect of the escrow industry, the multitasking, deadlines, and most importantly, the people. She has efficiently processed all types of real estate transactions, from the simplest refinance to the most complicated short sales. Knowing that the performance of your escrow team is a direct reflection of your professionalism as a realtor or loan broker, Serena makes providing outstanding customer service her priority. Serena prides herself on treating each transaction, and the people involved, with the individual care and attention they deserve. She feels her most important job is to ensure her clients are provided with a smooth escrow process and a successful close. For Serena, it's all about exceeding customer expectations and she strives to make that happen everyday.

Sarah Lowry, Sr. Escrow Officer

Sarah has worked in the escrow industry since 2000. She started her career as a receptionist and worked very hard to become an Escrow Officer. Sarah has been with Monte Carlo Escrow since 2009 and comes to work everyday with a smile. In 2012 she was very fortunate to gain Cindy Jijon as an assistant. Through the years they grew together as an unbreakable team! Sarah has handled all aspects of the business including but not limited to, residential resales, refinances, REOs, short sales, 1031 exchanges, and investment properties. Sarah provides exemplary service with a personal touch. She will make sure your transactions are given the special treatment they deserve.

Mari Alegria, Sr. Escrow Officer

Mari Alegria began her career in the Real Estate industry as a real estate agent in 1990. Over the years, her career as a Realtor took her in a different direction; she came to learn her passion, was in escrow. Mari joined Monte Carlo Escrow as Senior Escrow officer in 2003. From her experience gained as a Realtor, she understands the importance of accessibility and personal communication with all parties to an escrow. She ensures that all parties in her transactions know that she is on their team and that she is there to help make each transaction a success. There are no problems, only solutions! Mari has a vast experience in many different types of escrow transactions including residential resale, short sale and refinance transactions. With her combined knowledge of escrow and exceptional customer service skills, she ensures her clients a smooth and seamless transaction.

Maria N. Barragan, Sr. Escrow Officer

Maria is a devoted Senior Escrow Office that possesses over 23 years of well-rounded and dedicated escrow experience. She is also bilingual (Spanish and English) and is a Certified Notary Public. She has superior knowledge in commercial and residential resale, refinancing, new construction, hard money, vacant land, trustee and estate sales, short sales, real estate transactions, and new development tracts. Her business is entirely built upon her unwavering commitment to give her clients the best and most reliable service while staying personally involved throughout the entire process. Open communication, mutual trust, respect, achieving timelines, and true sense of kindness and friendship are all important elements of her business life. She enjoys maintaining an open mind to quickly analyze and adapt to handling many diverse and complex transactions. Her loyal customers recognize her ability to efficiently handle complicated transactions without compromising her friendly customer relations. Her dedication and hard work ensure that urgent matters will be handled smoothly, professionally, and diligently. She has developed valuable contacts with real estate professionals and affiliates. Laura Meehan, Sr. Escrow Officer

Laura joined the Monte Carlo Escrow team in 2011. Laura started her career in 1986 in the title industry and transitioned to escrow in 1997. Starting as an escrow assistant she was soon promoted to an escrow officer. Shortly thereafter she was running a high volume Freddie Mac REO desk. In 1999, Laura opened a branch office of a title company owned escrow company and managed, as well as built a very successful and high volume escrow office. Laura's title experience and vast knowledge have been a great advantage in closing even the most difficult transactions.

She also has extensive knowledge to handle simple to complex and very difficult transactions and she takes great pride in providing the best services possible on every transaction. Working late or coming in on weekends to accommodate clients is never a problem for her. On a personal note, Laura was born and raised in Southern California and has 2 daughters who both attend the University of La Verne. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, traveling and bowling.
